Measured distances from buildings and equipment to homes and schools, acoustic modeling, low-frequency/tonal noise, photometrics and generator operations.
Emergency planning
Fire flow, generator fuel, battery systems, HazMat review, first-responder access, training and equipment responsibilities.
Public cost
Road, electrical, utility, emergency-response and other incremental infrastructure costs, plus any incentives or reimbursements.
Cross-jurisdiction coordination
